Winding Up Petitions

Time and again, the Courts have warned against the use of winding up petitions as a means of debt collection.  It is accepted that the Companies Court is the wrong forum for disputed debts to be litigated and adjudicated upon.

However, if the debt is undisputed and undisputable, then we do not believe that you should be prevented from using the ultimate tool for the recovery of your trade debts.
